The dance trapeze is a stationary bar suspended in the air, at a height much lower than that of
flying trapeze. Students will learn a variety of seated, standing, balancing and hanging poses, as well as transitions.
Level 1
This beginner class introduces various ways of safely moving around the bar and ropes. We will develop the strength and flexibility to move around our apparatus with control and grace.
Prerequisites: None
Age Limit: 12 years or older
Level 2
This more advanced class focuses on more complicated sequences and dynamic skills. We will continue to train your strength, endurance, and flexibility.
Prerequisites: Front & back balances, 3 consecutive pull ups, clean pullovers, comfortably working in the ropes, ability to transition between 3-4 positions comfortably.
Age Limit: 12 years or older
