Yes, your safety is our number one priority. We use industry-standard equipment and rigorous maintenance protocol to ensure the safety of our students and staff. All of our instructors are highly experienced and safety-conscious. Our student-to-instructor ratio is designed to allow close supervision and safe spotting technique during all classes. Please keep in mind that sore muscles, minor scrapes, bruises and blisters are expected with any sport, including aerial arts.

Safety is our priority, therefore the following restrictions apply.

Anyone under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed to participate in any class. We reserve the right to deny access to our facility anyone who may be a danger to themselves or others.

Due to the limitations of the safety lines, the maximum weight limit for flying trapeze is 250 lbs.

The safety belt must fit comfortably around your waist for you to participate in flying trapeze.

Due to the safety belt, we do not advise women who are pregnant to do flying trapeze.

Please inform us of any existing health conditions or previous injuries before class, as some may prevent you from safely participating in all aspects of a class. Please call us or email us to discuss before scheduling class. We are committed to working with people of all abilities, shapes and sizes to experience the transformative power of flying trapeze and aerial arts. If flying trapeze isn't the right place for you to start, our staff will be happy to suggest other options to help you achieve your goals.

Flying trapeze involves swinging on a bar 20-ft off the ground above a safety net. Tricks are either performed to the net or across to another person (the catcher).

Static/dance trapeze involves performing tricks/poses on a stationary trapeze bar that is approximately 6-ft off the ground. Routines encompass a variety of seated, standing, balancing and hanging poses.

The minimum age limit for Flying Trapeze is 8 years.

The minimum age limit for all other classes is 12 years.

A parent or guardian must be present when their children under age 14 are in class.

A parent or guardian must be present for guests under the age of 18 years to participate in open gym sessions.

You may cancel or reschedule any scheduled group class without penalty up to 24 hours prior to your class. We do not issue refunds or credits for classes canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours. Premium members who cancel or no-show at greater than 2 open gym sessions with less than 24-hour notice within a month may incur a $20 penalty. For parties/events, cancel without penalty up to 30 days prior to scheduled event. Please call to cancel or reschedule.

Four-class packs for flying trapeze, non-flying trapeze classes, and open gym sessions can be purchased in the Prepaid packages section in Bookeo. Four-class packs are not refundable for any reason. Email or call us for questions or technical support.

Yes, we have a waiver that will need to be completed and signed before participation in your first class. A parent or legal guardian must sign the waiver for any student under 18 years of age. Waivers are valid for the calendar year. A sample waiver can be viewed here.

We offer a training space for aerialists of all levels, but do not directly offer performer services. If you are interested in hiring a performer, we recommend contacting our partners, Suspended Gravity.
